HTS Global Health is a division of Haku Tech Solutions, 64 BBD, VIP Road, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information shared with us.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect the details you choose to share. This usually includes name, country, age, email, phone number and a short description of the medical need. If you later send medical reports, we receive those too.

Your confirmation before reports are shared

We do not share any medical report without your clear written confirmation. Before sending reports to a hospital, we will ask you, by email or WhatsApp, to confirm that you agree to share them with the named hospital or hospitals. A parent or legal guardian must confirm for patients under 18. You can withdraw your confirmation at any time, and we will stop sharing from that point.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, obtain medical opinions and cost estimates, and coordinate your treatment and travel.

Who we share it with

With your agreement, we share relevant details and reports with partner hospitals and doctors so they can review your case. Where needed for travel, we share limited details with hotels or transport providers. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details and reports only as long as needed to support your case and meet legal obligations, after which we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time. You can also withdraw your consent. Write to us at htsglobalhealth@gmail.com.

Grievances

If you have a complaint about how we handle your information or our service, contact our Grievance Officer, Dr Gautam DK, at htsglobalhealth@gmail.com or +91 97805 22673. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

How we are paid

Our service to patients is free. Partner hospitals pay us a service fee, which does not add to the patient's bill.

HTS Global Health is a facilitator and not a healthcare provider. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the treating doctors and hospitals. Information on this website is general and not medical advice.
